I love Christmas time! I know it’s a favorite for most people but for me it’s a time life slows down and family time increases. God is talked about by everyone and happiness is just oozing from every street corner. You can’t help but get into the Christmas Spirit.
Oh and the traditions. I love me some fun family traditions, especially around the Holdiays. I would probably say this is the time of year we have the most family traditons including;
- A Must Watch List of Christmas Movies
- Making Homemade Sugar Cookies and Icing Them
- Making Homemade Hot Coca & Popcorn then Driving Around Looking at Christmas Lights
- Buying Gifts for our Loved Ones
and last but not least….
- CHRISTMAS CRAFTS!
I’m such a sucker for a good craft, even though with kids it turns into a hot mess almost every time. I just remind myself that they’re making memories and that’s more important.
Why are Christmas Crafts my favorite tradition? Well honestly, I’m not 100% sure but I think it’s because my kids love it so much that I enjoy seeing them so happy every time we sit down to do one.
If you havn’t ever done Christmas crafts with your kids I highly suggest it. I’m sure you need them to do something besides watch TV or bug you since they’re stuck inside 90% of the time because of the weather. Why not try some crafts?!
I’ve put together a list of super fun Christmas crafts for you to choose from. If you’re anything like me you’re going to have a hard time choosing and secretly will determine that you’re just going to do them all no matter how crazy it sounds.
Don’t these all look like so much fun? I can’t pick which ones I want to do with my kiddos so in the end I’m sure we are going to do them all!
